Partners Group reported $186 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026, following $16 billion of fundraising during the first half, while announcing a series of Executive Team changes that include the appointment of Roberto Cagnati and Juri Jenkner as Co-Chief Executive Officers.
Management income reached CHF 905 million, increasing 12% in constant currency and 6% on a reported basis. Performance income totaled CHF 216 million and represented 19% of revenue.
EBITDA totaled CHF 706 million, with a 63% EBITDA margin. Partners Group confirmed expectations for $26 billion to $32 billion of gross new client demand for full-year 2026.
Total revenue was CHF 1.121 billion, down 2% in constant currency and 7% on a reported basis. Profit totaled CHF 502 million, flat in constant currency and down 13% in Swiss francs.
Partners Group said total operating costs decreased 5% to CHF 414 million, partly reflecting lower performance fee-related personnel expenses and AI-driven productivity gains.
The firm said its platform has attracted more than $80 billion in client commitments during the current fundraising cycle.
Effective January 1, 2027, David Layton will transition from CEO to Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Global Investment Committee after eight years leading the firm. He will leave the Executive Team to focus exclusively on investments.
Cagnati and Jenkner will become Co-CEOs, subject to FINMA approval.
Cagnati joined Partners Group in 2004 and most recently served as Head of Portfolio Solutions and Chief Risk Officer. Jenkner also joined in 2004 and currently serves as President and Head of Business Development, having previously led Infrastructure and Private Credit.
KEY QUOTES:
“Over the past fundraising cycle, our platform has received over USD 80 billion in client commitments, culminating in record fundraising in H1 2026. As we enter the second half of the year, we are putting this capital to work as investment activity accelerates across the platform. Our exit pipeline remains full, and while some exit processes are likely to shift into 2027, our mid- to long-term guidance remains for performance income to be around 25-40% of total revenue in the years ahead.”
David Layton, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Partners Group
“As we prepare our firm to gain speed in this next cycle and era of transformation, we are proud to announce Roberto and Juri as our new Co-CEOs. Both are highly experienced executives with a long history at Partners Group, and we look forward to the continued partnership as they rotate into these important roles. We are also pleased that after eight successful years as CEO, Dave is continuing in a key role in the firm, with a focus on investments, where his long-standing experience will help us continue delivering strong performance for our clients.”
Steffen Meister, Executive Chairman of Partners Group
