&Partners has added 32 North Wealth, a Meridian, Mississippi-based wealth management practice, to its expanding network of independent financial advisors. According to the 32 North Wealth website, the firm manages about $2 billion in AUM as of July 2026.
The practice is led by founders Wade Sims, Alan Lamar, Bob Coffin and Trey Hannah. Before establishing the 32 North Wealth brand and joining &Partners, the advisors operated as the Coffin, Lamar, Sims & Hannah Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
The team works with individuals, families and business owners seeking personalized financial guidance across different stages of their lives. Its approach combines investment management with long-term planning designed to help clients organize their finances, prepare for major decisions and pursue multigenerational goals.
Lamar holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor and Certified Public Accountant designations. Coffin and Hannah are Certified Financial Planners, adding planning and wealth-management expertise to the team’s broader investment capabilities.
The founders are supported by Senior Client Experience Associates Jane Collins and Margie Smith, Senior Client Service Associate Rita McMuller and Client Service Associate Lexi McRae.
Together, the eight-person practice emphasizes responsive service, personal relationships and financial strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances. The team’s work may involve retirement planning, investment allocation, business-related financial decisions, estate and legacy considerations, and the transfer of wealth across generations.
32 North Wealth operates under the philosophy “Direction for Today. Confidence for Generations.” The message reflects the team’s focus on helping clients address immediate financial needs while also preparing their families and assets for the future.
The practice’s addition expands &Partners’ presence in Mississippi and adds a substantial team with experience serving affluent and multigenerational families.
