Perimeter Access Security Solutions (PassCo), a commercial perimeter security platform backed by Halle Capital, announced the acquisitions of Southeastern Overhead Door, Fairborn Northeast, and Communication Concepts as it continues building a nationwide platform focused on access control and perimeter security solutions.
The three acquisitions expand PassCo’s capabilities across access control, doors and docks, gates, video surveillance, and integrated life safety systems. The company said the additions also strengthen its geographic footprint and technical expertise.
Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Southeastern Overhead Door has served customers in Louisiana and Mississippi for more than 40 years, providing installation, repair, and maintenance services for overhead doors and loading dock equipment. The company’s team brings more than a century of combined experience.
Fairborn Northeast serves commercial and industrial customers throughout New England from locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The company specializes in the design, installation, and servicing of dock levelers, commercial doors, and related equipment.
Communication Concepts, headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, provides integrated security and life safety systems, including access control, video surveillance, fire alarm, emergency communication, audio visual, nurse call, and IP networking solutions. The company has operated for more than 35 years and serves customers across the commercial, education, healthcare, religious, municipal, and government sectors.
PassCo partners with founder- and owner-led businesses that provide mission-critical perimeter security and access control services. The company supplies capital, infrastructure, and operational support while preserving the culture and customer relationships established by acquired businesses.
PassCo is led by CEO Lance Simpson, who previously served as President and CEO of American Direct Procurement and as Chief Operating Officer of The Cook & Boardman Group. The company is backed by New York-based private equity firm Halle Capital, which focuses on lower-middle-market businesses in highly fragmented sectors with long-term growth trends.
