Paul Hastings: Deidre Kalenderian Named As Partner In Chicago

To enhance its global compensation, benefits, and ERISA practice, Paul Hastings revealed that executive compensation lawyer Deidre Kalenderian has joined the firm as a partner in Chicago.

Kalenderian counsels companies, PE firms, and portfolio companies on diverse employment, executive compensation, ERISA litigation, and employee benefit matters related  to corporate transactions like mergers, acquisitions, sales, IPOs, private equity investments, and restructurings. And she also advises clients on negotiating executive employment, retention and severance, institutional investment and fiduciary responsibility, reductions in force, and change-in-control agreements, as well as the equity compensation, tax, securities, and corporate governance aspects of compensation agreements. She joins Paul Hastings from Kirkland & Ellis.

Kalendarian’s practice has advised AbbVie Inc, Apax Partners, Bain Capital, Carlyle, GTCR, Madison Dearborn Partners, Nautic Partners, and Thoma Bravo, and other leading enterprise clients like Audax Group, BC Partners, MSD Partners, Rite Aid, Stone Point Capital, Summit Partners, and Sycamore Partners. And Kalenderian is the second recent addition following Jason Ertel, who joined two months ago as a partner in New York.
