Paul, Weiss Adds David Pritchett As Partner In London

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison announced that investment funds lawyer David Pritchett will join the firm as a partner in the Corporate Department within the Investment Funds Group, resident in London.

Pritchett’s practice focuses on advising investment fund sponsors on all aspects of structuring and operating alternative investment funds across a variety of investment strategies and asset classes.

Along with representing investment fund sponsors on their structuring and operations, Pritchett also advises on private equity fund transactions, including co-investments, secondary transactions, and fund spin-outs. He has represented clients such as Basalt Infrastructure Partners, Fremman Capital, IK Partners, and KLAR Partners on fund formation and investment matters.

The Paul, Weiss Private Equity Group advises the largest and most sophisticated alternative asset management firms and their portfolio companies, and up-and-coming investment funds on their most complex M&A transactions, minority investments, financing and capital markets solutions, and fund formation matters. With distinction, Pritchett earned an LL.B. in Law from Durham University and his LPC from BPP Law School in London. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
