Paul, Weiss Adds Rachel Phillips As Capital Markets Partner

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Rachel Phillips has joined the firm as a partner in its Capital Markets Group within the Corporate Department, resident in New York. Phillips advises public companies, private equity sponsors, and underwriters on a range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Phillips has represented a diverse client base spanning public company issuers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, underwriters, and selling shareholders on transactions ranging from large-scale cross-border IPOs to registered direct offerings. She has been recognized by Legal 500 and IFLR1000 for her capital markets work since 2023. Phillips earned an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
