Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced that Silvia Menendez has joined the firm as a partner in the Finance Group in the Corporate Department, resident in London.
Menendez has been focusing her practice on cross-border capital markets and banking and finance transactions. Her recent representations include Eroski on the refinancing of its senior financial debt, EQT-owned Lumos on its fiber-to-the-home infrastructure debt financing, Cinven on its acquisition of a majority stake in Amara NZero, and Solarpack Corporación Teconólogica S.A.U. on the structuring and negotiation of its first corporate financing facility.
Menendez earned a B.A. in Law and Business Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice in England, Wales, New York, and Spain.
