Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison announced that financial regulatory lawyer Prem Mohan, who is resident in London, will join the firm as a partner and head of European Financial Services Regulation. Mohan advises on the regulatory aspects relating to the structuring and formation of private funds and M&A and private equity transactions.
Mohan also advises investment firms on establishing or expanding regulated businesses in the UK and on a range of UK financial services regulations, such as the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime, the Investment Firms Prudential Regime and the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
