PayNearMe has closed a $50 million Series E financing led by Atlantic Vantage Point’s Growth Fund I. The new funding will accelerate the company’s expansion into new markets and fuel ongoing investment in products designed to simplify end-to-end payment workflows for non-commerce businesses and their customers.
Since advancing the concept of Payment Experience Management, PayNearMe has combined software and money-movement services to optimize every touchpoint in the payment journey. By accelerating collections and reducing the total cost of acceptance, the platform enables clients to enhance their cash flow, minimize operational friction, and increase profitability.
As part of its product evolution, PayNearMe is rebranding its platform to PayXM. PayXM is the first solution built specifically to manage every stage of the payment lifecycle—from initiation through reconciliation—across all major payment methods and the channels customers prefer. A single integration gives businesses unified control over cards, ACH, cash, remittance, and more.
The Series E funds will support PayNearMe’s go-to-market efforts in North America and beyond, expand its partner network, and accelerate development of advanced features such as real-time analytics, programmable payment logic, and seamless digital-to-cash experiences. Customers can look forward to deeper automation of support and operations tasks, ensuring payments are processed faster and with fewer errors.
