PDKINEMATICS has raised €2 million in seed funding to scale manufacturing and expand deployments of its precision guidance systems for UAVs across Europe and Ukraine. The round was co-led by Iron Wolf Capital and Coinvest Capital.

The investment will support the company’s next phase of growth as it works to increase production capacity, accelerate product development, and bring its technology to more defense customers operating in high-demand environments.

PDKINEMATICS is a Lithuanian defense engineering company developing precision-guided systems for modern unmanned aerial vehicle applications. Its technology is designed to improve the accuracy, reliability, and operational effectiveness of UAV platforms used in defense and security missions.

The company is building solutions for a market where unmanned systems are becoming increasingly central to modern defense operations. Across Europe and Ukraine, demand continues to rise for technologies that can enhance UAV performance, improve targeting precision, and support more effective mission execution in contested environments.

Iron Wolf Capital said the funding will help PDKINEMATICS expand manufacturing and support broader deployment of its systems. The investment was championed by Iron Wolf Capital Founding Partner Zygimantas Susnys.

The new capital also positions PDKINEMATICS to strengthen its role in the European defense technology ecosystem. As countries across the region increase investment in domestic and allied defense capabilities, companies developing advanced UAV-related technologies are becoming increasingly important to supply chain resilience and operational readiness.

PDKINEMATICS plans to use the funding to scale production and support additional deployments of its precision guidance systems with customers across Europe and Ukraine. The company’s growth comes as defense organizations seek faster access to field-ready technologies that can deliver measurable advantages in real-world operations.

The seed funding gives PDKINEMATICS additional resources to expand its engineering, manufacturing, and deployment capabilities while continuing to develop precision guidance systems designed for the evolving needs of modern UAV operations.
