PDW Holdings, a defense-focused drone technology company, announced it has raised over $110 million in a Series B financing round to expand its product offerings, strengthen engineering capabilities, and scale production of modular military drones.

The financing round was led by Ondas and included participation from Hood River, Cedar Pine, Hanwha Asset Management’s venture fund, Booz Allen Hamilton, along with other new and existing investors. The company said the capital will support growth initiatives, increase manufacturing capacity, and advance development of its multi-mission unmanned systems.

Its product portfolio includes the C100 quadcopter platform, attritable munition strike drones, simulation software, mission planning tools, payload systems, and anti-jam communication technology.
