Performance Drone Works (PDW) announced it secured over $15.3 million in sales and contracts from the U.S. Army to supply its flagship C100 Group 2 Small Uncrewed Aircraft System (sUAS) to support the Army’s ‘Transformation in Contact’ initiative.
This system will be deployed across multiple high-profile theaters, including Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), European Command (EUCOM), and Central Command (CENTCOM), enhancing the capabilities of U.S. forces in these critical regions. The C100 was also recently selected as part of the U.S. Army’s Directed Requirement for Company-Level sUAS, providing Soldiers with a game-changing solution for medium-range reconnaissance and tactical air support in complex and contested environments.
Weighing only 21 pounds and modular enough to fit in a rucksack, the C100 quadcopter empowers units to organically deploy air support, conduct precision strikes, and gather intelligence without needing manned aircraft or external fire support.
PDW continues solidifying its position as a leader in defense technology, delivering innovative solutions that directly enhance warfighter capabilities. And from its work with SOCOM on advanced radio platforms to developing NDAA-compliant FPV combat systems, PDW is at the forefront of transforming small robotics for military use.
