Pearson Launches Career Studio Products To Connect Learning, Skills, And Workforce Credentials

Pearson has announced the first two products in its new Pearson Studios family: Career Studio For School and Career Studio For Work, which connect career exploration, skills training, and industry-recognized certifications across education and workforce development.

The products address workforce readiness challenges by helping learners move more directly from education into career opportunities. Both offerings draw on Pearson Career Ready, which combines learning content, services, and credentials across hundreds of Career and Technical Education titles, eDynamic Learning courses and simulations, and Pearson Certiport certifications.

Career Studio For School is designed for middle and high school students. The platform will help students assess their strengths, explore career options, and understand factors such as education requirements, expected salaries, and job outlooks before building individualized career plans.

Educators and administrators will have access to district-level dashboards combining student interests, pathway engagement, and Pearson Certiport certification data. Pearson said the resulting insights will give districts greater visibility into student outcomes and support reporting, program planning, and career-readiness initiatives.

Career Studio For Work is aimed at colleges, universities, workforce organizations, employers, and adult learners pursuing training tied to specific career opportunities. Learners will receive support from enrollment through completion from a dedicated success coach and an AI tutor trained in the relevant field of study.

Each Career Studio For Work program will also include dedicated modules covering AI literacy and career development. Pearson is initially launching the experience with selected colleges and employers through training pathways focused on information technology and health professions, with additional career areas expected to follow.

The new Career Studio products support Pearson’s broader strategy to create connected learning experiences that better align education with workforce needs. Both offerings are currently in pilot programs and are expected to become available in 2027.

Pearson operates across nearly 200 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people. Its portfolio spans digital learning, assessments, skills verification, and credentials across school, higher education, and professional markets.
