Pella Corporation Appoints Taylor Hougland As EVP & Group President, Business Units

Pella Corporation announced the appointment of Taylor Hougland as Executive Vice President & Group President, Business Units, effective April 6, 2026. He will report directly to Emily Videtto.

Hougland brings extensive experience managing large-scale portfolios and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, he led a multi-billion-dollar North American business unit at Whirlpool Corporation, where he oversaw multiple brands, product lines, and manufacturing operations with full profit and loss responsibility. His background spans product development, sales, merchandising, operations, finance, and corporate strategy.

Earlier in his career, Hougland worked in mergers and acquisitions investment banking at UBS and in private equity at Hammond Kennedy Whitney.

In his new role, Hougland will oversee growth strategy and financial performance across Pella’s portfolio of brands, including Pella, Avanti, Bonelli, Burris, CWS, Weather Shield, and Win-Dor. He is expected to drive a cohesive approach across the company’s portfolio while advancing overall business performance.

Hougland holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He will relocate to Pella, Iowa.
