Pendo: Acquisition Of Predictive Analytics Platform Forwrd.ai

Pendo, a software experience management platform, has acquired Forwrd.ai, an Israel-based no-code predictive analytics platform. This technology enables business leaders to create custom AI models for forecasting customer churn, identifying upsell opportunities, and evaluating lead quality, without requiring data scientists or engineers.

In a data-driven enterprise environment, product and go-to-market teams often struggle to interpret extensive user data without technical support. This acquisition addresses the demand for accessible, real-time insights to enhance decision-making.

Forwrd’s technology will power a new suite of features, called Pendo Predict, which integrates usage data with automated models. Pendo Predict will help teams identify risks and opportunities, such as spotting high-intent leads, detecting churn risks, and finding expansion possibilities.
