The Pennant Group announced the acquisition of the real estate and operations of Copper Canyon Memory Care, an established senior living community in Tucson, Arizona. The acquisition expands Pennant’s Arizona senior living operations by 40 units and strengthens the company’s presence in the state’s memory care market.
The newly acquired community provides memory care services and aligns with Pennant’s strategy of expanding in markets where it already has operational scale and leadership infrastructure. The company said the transaction reflects its disciplined capital deployment approach and confidence in the long-term fundamentals of Arizona’s senior housing market.
Pennant operates through a network of independent subsidiaries that provide home health, hospice, home care, and senior living services across multiple states. The company said it plans to work closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for the Tucson community.
Pennant’s senior living operations are managed through Pinnacle Senior Living LLC, which oversees the company’s senior housing portfolio and operational strategy.
