Chin began her financial services career in 2007 and gained experience at several firms before joining Edward Jones. She rose to the position of Divisional Advisor Recruiting Manager, directing recruiting efforts for experienced advisors across the western United States. In 2022, she was selected by firm leadership to become the Department Leader of Experienced Advisor Recruiting, where she led the creation of a new national recruiting function.
Her work drove large-scale organizational recruiting initiatives, shaping long-term talent development and advisor performance outcomes at Edward Jones.
