Performance Equity Management Reinvests In EoS Fitness

By Amit Chowdhry • Jul 22, 2025

Performance Equity Management (PEM), a private equity firm specializing in direct co-investments and venture capital fund of funds, announced today a new investment in EoS Fitness (EoS) following the company’s acquisition by TSG Consumer, a leading private equity firm focused on consumer brands. This deal reflects PEM’s long-standing relationship with EoS and marks a successful outcome from its earlier investment through Performance Direct Investments III (PDI III).

PEM initially invested in EoS alongside BRS & Co. via PDI III, which has become one of the firm’s most successful direct investment deals. Continuing its involvement, PEM will also invest in EoS’s next growth phase through Performance Direct Investments V (PDI V), which completed its final funding round in April 2025.

EoS Fitness is quickly emerging as one of the largest high-value, low-price (HVLP) fitness operators in the U.S., boasting a growing presence and a dedicated membership base. With TSG’s ownership and PEM’s ongoing support, the company is well-positioned to accelerate its mission of making fitness accessible and empowering for everyone.
