Perigon Wealth Management announced the appointment of Rory T. Shusted as Chief People Officer, marking a key step in the firm’s strategic leadership expansion as it continues to scale its business and invest in organizational culture.
The independent wealth management firm, Perigon Wealth Management, which manages approximately $11.2 billion in client assets as of December 31, 2025, said Shusted will report directly to CEO Arthur Ambarik and will be based in the Atlanta area.
In her new role, Shusted will focus on strengthening and evolving the firm’s culture, mission, and philosophy. She will work closely with senior leadership to develop programs to improve employee engagement, performance, and long-term organizational growth as Perigon continues to expand both organically and through acquisitions.
Shusted brings decades of executive experience across public and private companies. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Global Talent at Resources Global Professionals. She also previously held senior roles at CarterBaldwin and Larson-Juhl.
Her appointment follows additional leadership investments by Perigon earlier this year, including the hiring of Jon Seif as Managing Director of Digital Strategy and Luke Samuels as Senior Director of Business Development, both aimed at driving scalable organic growth initiatives.
Perigon operates as an advisor-led firm with teams across 19 locations nationwide and has received industry recognition, including being named to Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms 2025 and AdvisorHub’s 50 RIA Firms to Watch in 2026.
