Perigon Wealth Management announced that three additional team members have become partners through its Path to Partnership Program, underscoring the firm’s advisor-led ownership model and continued expansion. The firm, which manages approximately $11.2 billion in client assets as of December 31, 2025, said the program is designed to provide both employees and certain independent advisors with a pathway to equity participation.

The latest class of partners includes Chris Spires, Scott Yi, and Ron Op het Veld. The initiative, launched in 2024, reflects Perigon’s broader strategy of aligning incentives with advisors and fostering long-term growth across its national platform.

Chris Spires, who joined Perigon in 2021, serves as a wealth advisor focused on acting as a family CFO and providing retirement plan consulting services to small businesses, particularly around corporate 401(k) plans.

Scott Yi, who has been with the firm since 2017, is a wealth advisor and Head of Alternative Investments. He advises business owners and professionals in medical and technology sectors, specializing in alternative assets such as private equity, hedge funds, private credit, private real estate, and digital assets.

Ron Op het Veld joined Perigon in 2023 and works with individuals, families, and small business owners. He previously served as a portfolio manager and equity analyst at major financial institutions before becoming a financial advisor in 2010.

Perigon emphasized that the Path to Partnership Program is a key component of its advisor-owned structure, reinforcing its commitment to providing growth opportunities and maintaining independence for its advisors. The firm has also been recognized as one of Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms for 2025.
