Perigon Wealth Management Launches Scalable Organic Growth Platform And Appoints Jon Seif And Luke Samuels

Perigon Wealth Management announced that it is developing a scalable organic growth platform supported by new leadership appointments as the firm seeks to institutionalize its growth strategy.

The firm appointed Jon Seif as Managing Director of Digital Strategy and Luke Samuels as Senior Director of Business Development. Their roles are intended to help Perigon build a proprietary system designed to drive measurable organic growth across its advisory platform.

Perigon is a rapidly growing independent wealth management firm with offices across the United States and approximately $11.2 billion in client assets as of Dec. 31, 2025. According to the company, the leadership additions are part of a broader effort to strengthen internal infrastructure following several years of merger and acquisition activity.

The platform under development is designed to provide visibility across the entire client acquisition lifecycle, from prospect identification through revenue generation. The firm said the system will integrate digital strategy, marketing, business development, and AI-enabled insights into a unified operating framework.

The strategy also focuses on giving advisors scalable tools tailored to specific client segments while enabling the firm to allocate growth capital based on measurable outcomes.

Seif will oversee the firm’s data, AI, and technology initiatives to create a data-driven growth engine. With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services as both an advisor and technology leader, he previously held roles at Betterment, Envestnet/Yodlee, and Catchlight, which was incubated within Fidelity Labs.

Samuels will work alongside Seif to bridge Perigon’s digital marketing initiatives with operational execution. His responsibilities include developing and managing lead generation and conversion programs. Prior to joining Perigon, he held marketing leadership roles at Wealth Enhancement Group, Empower, and Personal Capital.

Perigon operates as an advisor-led firm with teams and offices across 15 states.
