Pest Share, a company that modernizes pest control for residential property managers, has announced a $28 million Series A funding round led by Integrity Growth Partners. The funding round also included participation from existing investors MetaProp, Capital Eleven, and RE Angels.
This new funding round will support Pest Share’s expansion across single-family and multifamily rental markets, accelerate product development, and strengthen integrations with leading property management platforms.
Founded in 2020 by Landon Cooley, a fourth-generation pest control expert, along with co-founders Justin and Tom Clements, Pest Share was created to solve a persistent challenge in property management: fragmented and inefficient pest control services. The company’s tech-driven model automates service dispatch, connects residents with a national network of vetted providers, and integrates directly with property management systems. This approach allows pest control to be offered as a standalone amenity or bundled into resident benefit packages.
Pest Share currently operates in 48 states and supports over 300,000 residential units. It is trusted by major property management brands, including Re/Max, Roofstock, and ARK Homes For Rent. More than 700 property management companies use the platform to streamline pest issue resolution, reduce operational burdens, and improve the resident experience.
The company’s model has been praised for shortening response times, standardizing workflows, and delivering measurable cost savings. By automating traditionally manual processes, Pest Share enables property managers to scale pest control services efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
How the funding will be used: With this new funding round, Pest Share plans to deepen its reach in the rental housing sector and continue building out its platform to meet the evolving needs of property managers and residents.
