Thompson Street Capital Partners announced that its portfolio company PestCo Holdings has acquired University Termite & Pest Control, a Tucson, Arizona-based pest management company serving both commercial and residential customers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PestCo is a national provider of pest control services focused on residential and commercial customers. The acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in Arizona, which the company identified as a growing market for pest control services.
University Termite & Pest Control has built a long-standing reputation in Arizona for delivering pest management solutions across commercial and residential markets. PestCo said the acquisition adds both commercial expertise and a strong residential program to its operations in the region.
Thompson Street Capital Partners is a private equity firm headquartered in St. Louis that invests in founder-owned lower middle market businesses. The firm said the acquisition supports PestCo’s continued expansion strategy in the Southwest through complementary acquisitions.
