Petauri acquired Franklin Pharmaceutical Consulting, expanding its health economics and outcomes research, real-world evidence, and market access capabilities.
Franklin Pharmaceutical Consulting provides strategic and tactical services to health economics and outcomes research, medical, and market access teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Its capabilities include HEOR and real-world evidence strategies, payer-value communications, and tools and dossiers designed to demonstrate the value of medicines to access decision-makers.
The business will strengthen Petauri Evidence, one of Petauri’s six operating units.
Founder Meg Franklin will serve as President of Petauri Evidence US.
FPC Partner Joette Gdovin will become EVP of Evidence & Value at Petauri Evidence US.
Petauri said combining the businesses will enable clients to connect evidence planning, generation, value communication, commercialization, and lifecycle management more closely.
Petauri was founded in 2023 by CEO Dan Renick in partnership with Oak Hill Capital.
The platform has since launched Petauri Advisors and acquired businesses including The Kinetix Group, FORCE Communications agencies, Mtech Access, Delta Hat, Brightly Network agencies, Formulary Insights, and Artia Solutions.
Oak Hill plans to invest more than $250 million of equity capital in the Petauri initiative from its sixth fund.
