Phoenix Children’s has promoted Richard Siever to Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Ryan Yeager to Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, elevating two longtime internal leaders as the pediatric health system continues investing in its legal and financial capabilities.
Siever joined Phoenix Children’s in 2013 and had served as Interim Chief Legal Officer since earlier in 2026.
During his tenure, he helped expand the health system’s in-house legal capabilities while advising physicians and administrators on strategic priorities and service-line growth.
As Chief Legal Officer, he will continue working across legal, risk and compliance functions.
Yeager has spent nearly seven years at Phoenix Children’s and will serve in the newly created Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance role.
He has built out finance capabilities including financing and treasury functions to support the health system’s growth and future strategic initiatives.
In his expanded position, Yeager will serve as a strategic financial partner to health system leadership while advancing financial optimization and performance management.
Phoenix Children’s is one of the country’s largest pediatric health systems, with multiple hospitals, specialty and urgent care centers, community practices, outpatient facilities and ambulatory surgery centers across Arizona.
