Pine Environmental Services announced the acquisition of Terratech Environmental Equipment & Supplies, expanding its presence in the Arizona environmental market.
Founded in 2006 and based in Tempe, Arizona, Terratech serves the greater Arizona region with air, water quality and soil sampling equipment. The company provides equipment rentals, equipment and supplies sales, as well as maintenance and calibration services.
Pine Environmental said the acquisition strengthens its ability to support customers in environmental services and related end markets, while broadening its geographic footprint. The company provides testing and measurement equipment across critical and growing sectors, including environmental services and non-destructive testing, offering rentals, new and used equipment sales, consumables, and repair and calibration services.
Dean Ferrin, Founder and Owner of Terratech, will support the transition as the business integrates into Pine Environmental.
