PipeChain, a provider of cloud-based collaborative planning and execution software for multinational companies and multi-enterprise network solutions for the automotive and retail industries, announced the acquisition of Dutch supply chain software company Quyntess Holding B.V.

The acquisition expands PipeChain’s presence across the Benelux region, Germany, France, and the United States. Following the transaction, the combined company is expected to generate approximately €22 million in sales and maintain an annual recurring revenue run rate of about €16 million.

The deal strengthens PipeChain’s ability to support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes while broadening its digitalization capabilities across both direct and indirect material flows and spending. The company said the combined platform will help customers modernize supply chain operations through enhanced collaboration, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Quyntess contributes technology built on modern architectural principles, which PipeChain expects will support significant back-end improvements and new functionality across its product portfolio. The combined organization plans to deliver greater AI-enabled automation and stronger supply chain execution capabilities for customers.

PipeChain noted that the acquisition aligns with its strategy of becoming a leading collaborative platform for supply chain digitalization by expanding both geographic reach and technological capabilities.

PipeChain was advised on the transaction by DLA Piper. Quyntess was advised by Marktlink Mergers & Acquisitions and Fruytier Lawyers in Business.
