Pixellot, an Israel-based provider of AI-automated sports capture and streaming for youth and community athletics, has secured $35 million in new funding to support global expansion and accelerate development of its AI-as-a-Service platform.
The financing includes $15 million in equity from existing investor PSG Equity and $20 million in venture debt. The company said the new capital will help it scale internationally while advancing a revenue-share model that removes upfront camera costs for schools, clubs, and leagues, aligning Pixellot’s economics with partner monetization.
The raise follows Pixellot’s $161 million Series D in 2022 and comes alongside a set of recent commercial updates, including a five-year strategic extension with PlayOn Sports, expanded operations in Australia, and additional leadership hires, including the appointment of Dean Anglin as Chief Commercial Officer for Australia and New Zealand.
Pixellot also reported growing platform usage and production volume. The company said it ended the year with nearly 100 million views of live events streamed using its system. In 2025, it said production hours exceeded 2.5 million, averaging more than 100,000 events per month.
The company positions its technology as an “agentic AI” system that automates production, personalizes content, and supports monetization for youth and amateur sports organizations. Pixellot said it has deployed 16,000 systems across 9,000 U.S. schools, streaming more than half a million events annually.
Pixellot added that it received a Sports Technology Award in 2025 for affordable AI-automated streaming in youth and community sports, and said the latest funding reflects continued investor confidence in both its growth trajectory and its broader mission to expand access to professional-quality sports coverage beyond traditional broadcast markets.
