PK Companies announced it has acquired Pro-Surve Technical Services, expanding its national inspection capabilities and strengthening its technology integration efforts.
The transaction enhances PK Companies’ Technology & Inspection Services business unit and broadens its footprint across the United States. Pro-Surve, which has operated for more than 13 years, is known for its expertise in technical inspection, asset integrity, and compliance services for industrial and energy-sector clients. By integrating Pro-Surve’s capabilities, PK aims to deliver a more comprehensive suite of inspection, nondestructive testing, and compliance solutions.
The combination also brings together proprietary technology platforms, including PK’s intelliSPEC and Pro-Surve’s ProVision solutions, with leadership highlighting the opportunity to further invest in next-generation inspection technology. Backed by DC Capital Partners, the combined company expects to scale resources and expand service offerings while maintaining continuity for existing clients.
PK Companies, which has operated for nearly 30 years, provides a range of industrial services including inspection, soft craft solutions, and safety services under a unified platform. Pro-Surve supports industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, energy, and manufacturing with engineering and quality assurance services. The integration is expected to enhance service delivery through greater geographic reach, expanded resources, and combined technical expertise.
