PKF O’Connor Davies announced Hollywood, Florida-based Topping Kessler & Company has joined the firm, extending PKF’s national reach and adding tax, accounting, and advisory capacity in South Florida.
The combination brings Topping Kessler’s tax research, planning and preparation, as well as accounting, bookkeeping, consulting, auditing, and advisory services into PKF O’Connor Davies’ platform. Founded in 1981, Topping Kessler is led by four partners and employs more than 30 team members, all of whom will join PKF O’Connor Davies as part of the integration.
PKF O’Connor Davies said Topping Kessler will operate its South Florida practice out of two locations—Hollywood and PKF O’Connor Davies’ existing Fort Lauderdale office—aiming to unify local teams and expand collaboration and client support across the region.
The move follows PKF O’Connor Davies’ strategic growth investment from Investcorp and PSP Investments, announced in November 2024, and reflects the firm’s continued focus on partnerships intended to deepen client relationships, broaden specialized expertise, and strengthen presence in Florida and other key markets.
