Playfly Sports Secures $250 Million Senior Credit Facility From Bain Capital Credit

Playfly Sports has secured a $250 million senior credit facility from Bain Capital Credit, providing additional capital to support the sports revenue platform’s continued growth.

Bain Capital’s Private Credit Group served as lead lender and administrative agent for the financing.

Playfly is a portfolio company of Access Holdings and provides revenue maximization services spanning sports media, sponsorship, technology, ticketing, premium experiences and fan engagement.

The company works with more than 2,000 brands, 100 professional sports teams and 65 college athletic departments, along with all U.S. local sports networks and associated streaming platforms.

Playfly said its fan engagement platform enables partners to reach more than 85% of U.S. sports fans.

Founded in 2020, the company has grown to approximately 1,000 employees across 43 U.S. states and internationally.

Bain Capital Credit’s Private Credit Group provides financing to businesses with EBITDA ranging from $10 million to $150 million across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The group managed approximately $24 billion of capital as of June 30, 2026.
