PMWEB, a lifecycle project management platform for capital portfolios, has appointed Chris Novak as President and Chief Revenue Officer as the company expands its leadership team and scales its go-to-market strategy following a strategic growth investment.
The Miami-based company said Novak will lead global revenue strategy, market execution, and customer growth, working alongside Chief Executive Officer Huw Roberts and Chief Product and Technology Officer Vijai Viswanathan to align commercial priorities with product development and customer needs for owner-operators running complex capital programs.
Novak brings more than 20 years of experience in revenue leadership roles at high-growth software companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at TrueContext, where he led global sales and growth initiatives in the field management technology market. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Procore Technologies, where he helped grow the general contractor business to more than $300 million across North America. His earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Oracle and Autodesk.
PMWEB also highlighted Viswanathan’s appointment as Chief Product and Technology Officer in February 2025. Viswanathan has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, product strategy, and engineering leadership, including senior roles at Intuit, LexisNexis, Zapproved, and Exterro. In his current role, PMWEB said he is leading the next phase of platform development aimed at supporting large-scale, multi-year capital programs with improved performance, insight, and control.
The executive hires follow Roberts joining as CEO, as PMWEB positions its platform as a central system of record and operational control for organizations managing complex capital portfolios from planning through operations.
