PNC Bank: Tim Ferriter Appointed Head Of Retail Product, Digital And Growth

PNC Bank announced it has hired Tim Ferriter as head of Product, Digital, and Growth within its Retail Bank division. Ferriter will report to Alex Overstrom and will be based in Wilmington, Delaware.

In the role, Ferriter will oversee Retail’s Product Development, Product Management, Digital, and Payments teams as part of a unified organization focused on delivering seamless customer experiences and accelerating growth initiatives. The company said the move supports its broader investment strategy centered on scaling client acquisition, introducing new capabilities, and enhancing customer engagement across banking products and experiences.

Ferriter joins PNC from JPMorgan Chase, where he most recently served as head of Digital. In that role, he oversaw the Chase mobile app, online banking platforms, and the company’s consumer-facing AI strategy. He also previously led product teams responsible for customer acquisition platforms across JPMorgan’s Consumer and Community Bank operations.

PNC Bank said Ferriter’s experience across product, digital platforms, AI, and growth initiatives will support the bank’s efforts to enhance how customers interact with the company across digital and physical channels.
