Point Wild, a portfolio of security brands serving businesses and consumers, has acquired Juraspring, a mass tort lien resolution firm, in a deal the company said expands its legal services offering alongside existing units CyEx and settlement administrator Simpluris.

The acquisition adds mass tort lien resolution capabilities to Point Wild’s legal services team, broadening the company’s support for law firms managing complex settlement programs. Point Wild said the combination deepens its ability to provide end-to-end services across the mass tort lifecycle, including settlement administration and healthcare lien resolution.

Juraspring will continue operating under the leadership of its co-founders Rachel Stoering, Esq., Kelley Newman, and Karen Nakon, Esq. Point Wild said the leadership team brings more than 40 years of combined experience in legal administration and lien resolution, supporting strategies aimed at navigating the complexities of mass tort and class action settlement programs.

Juraspring, which is female-founded and led, works with law firms nationwide on program design through final distribution, specializing in healthcare lien resolution, strategic consulting, and distribution solutions. The firm’s leadership has managed settlement programs spanning pharmaceutical, medical device, exposure, and other complex litigations, and has handled large volumes of subrogation claims while seeking reductions intended to maximize claimants’ net recoveries.

Point Wild described itself as a global cybersecurity company whose brands provide services ranging from device protection and online privacy to identity theft prevention, serving more than 25 million users worldwide.
