Polyconcept North America announced the appointment of Josh Militello as Chief Executive Officer. The appointment follows a comprehensive search, and Militello will officially assume the role on July 13, 2026.
Militello will succeed Neil Ringel, who is retiring after more than seven years leading the company. Ringel will remain actively involved with PCNA as an advisor and member of the Board of Directors.
Militello joins PCNA after holding leadership roles across consumer products, branded goods, and go-to-market organizations. Most recently, he served as President of Dometic Mobile Cooling, where he led the global Dometic, Igloo, and Cool Gear brands.
Before Dometic, Militello served as Senior Vice President of Igloo Products. He also held senior leadership roles at Masco Cabinetry, Bang & Olufsen America, HoMedics, Coleman, and Lava World International.
PCNA is a supplier and manufacturer of branded merchandise. The company offers hard goods, apparel, drinkware, bags, writing instruments, and retail brands through a portfolio that includes Leed’s, Bullet, ETS Express, Trimark, and JournalBooks.
PCNA said its platform helps distributors and their customers create meaningful brand experiences. The company also provides global sourcing, fast fulfillment, decoration capabilities, and trusted service for distributors.
Charlesbank Capital Partners, an investor in PCNA, said Militello brings a customer-centric approach and a track record of growth. The firm also thanked Ringel for his leadership and said it looks forward to continuing to work with him on the board.
