POP.STORE is the creator commerce platform behind ECHO-ME, its Agentic AI operating system designed to help creators and professionals turn audiences into owned businesses. ECHO-ME works across audience engagement, content, lead generation, monetization and other business functions, while POP.STORE gives creators an owned hub to convert that activity into lasting customer relationships. Pulse 2.0 interviewed POP.STORE CEO Gautam Goswami to learn more.
Gautam Goswami’s Background
When asked about his background, Goswami shared:
I have spent two decades building, scaling, investing in, and advising enterprise software companies. My career has always sat at the intersection of product, technology, marketing, and company building.
Before POP.STORE, I was Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at TeamViewer, where I helped lead the company through its IPO journey. I was also a Managing Director at Permira, a leading global private equity firm, where I worked across software and technology investments.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of seeing software businesses from almost every angle: as an operator, investor, product leader, and now as a founder and CEO again.
That perspective shapes how I think about AI. I do not see AI as another feature layer. I believe it fundamentally changes how companies are built, how products are delivered, and how individuals can compete.
POP.STORE is a reflection of that belief, built for creators and professionals who have already earned attention and trust but historically lacked the infrastructure to turn those audiences into businesses they actually own.
How POP.STORE Started
When asked how the idea for POP.STORE came together, Goswami explained:
POP.STORE came from a simple observation: creators were building massive audiences on social platforms, but they did not actually own the relationship with those audiences.
They could get views, likes, and virality, but the platforms controlled the reach, the algorithm, the data, and the monetization path. A creator could have hundreds of thousands of followers and still have no direct way to reach them, understand them, or convert that attention into a real business.
At the same time, the creator tool market was deeply fragmented. Link-in-bio tools were static link lists. Course platforms were built like old-school SaaS dashboards. Commerce tools were designed for merchants, not creators. Community tools were scattered. And AI tools were generic, not designed around the daily reality of being a creator.
So, we built POP.STORE as the Creator Super App: one owned hub where creators can bring their audience, capture first-party contact data, publish content, sell digital products, offer subscriptions, go live, receive tips, manage community, and monetize directly.
ECHO-ME took that vision further. We realized creators do not just need more tools. They need AI that can actually work on their behalf.
ECHO-ME is now the Agentic AI operating system behind POP.STORE, starting with a Growth Agent that builds each creator a 30-day growth plan, helping creators engage audiences, create content, rank their followers, identify opportunities, drive sales and turn social interactions into owned customer relationships. Rather than simply recommending what a creator should do next, ECHO-ME is designed to execute the work.
That same model is now extending beyond traditional creators. Real estate professionals, for example, are building significant audiences through content but often lack the infrastructure to convert that attention into leads and clients. That is where we see a much broader opportunity for creator technology.

Favorite Memory
When asked about his favorite memory working for POP.STORE so far, Goswami said:
My favorite moments are when creators suddenly realize they are not just posting content anymore. They are building an actual business.
There is a specific lightbulb moment that happens when a creator understands that every follower, tipper, subscriber, buyer, or community member on POP.STORE becomes part of an audience they actually own. They can reach those people again. They can understand them. They can sell to them. They can build a relationship outside the control of an algorithm.
Another major moment was serving as the title sponsor of VidCon Anaheim and publically unveiling ECHO-ME to the creator community on the opening day stage. We went into VidCon believing creators did not need another AI tool. They needed AI that could operate like a team behind them. Being able to demonstrate that technology directly to creators and hear how they were thinking about AI, monetization and running their businesses reinforced that we are solving a very real problem.
For me, it also reflected how much the creator economy itself has matured. Creators are no longer simply asking how to grow an audience. They are thinking about infrastructure, ownership and how to build sustainable businesses around the communities they have created.
Core Products And Features
When asked about POP.STORE’s core products and features, Goswami detailed:
POP.STORE is an AI-native Creator Super App designed to help creators own, engage, and monetize their audiences from one link-in-bio commerce hub.
The core product starts with a creator’s POP.STORE page, which acts as their owned business hub. Instead of sending fans to a basic list of links, creators send them to a dynamic, mobile-first destination where they can follow, subscribe, buy, tip, watch content, join communities, book calls, and interact directly.
ECHO-ME is POP.STORE’s Agentic AI operating system, built to work like a team behind the creator rather than another tool they have to manage. Its purpose-built agents work across social engagement, fan relationships, brand opportunities, sales and lead generation. :
- Growth Agent: Builds each creator a 30-day growth plan based on what’s working in their niche, tracks trends and platform algorithm changes in real time and writes scripts in their own voice.
- Follower Ranking Agent: Reads every comment and DM across the creator’s account and builds a live intelligence map of their audience, ranking every follower from Lurker to Superfan so the rest of the team knows exactly who to prioritize.
- Social Engagement Agent: Monitors and responds to comments across Instagram and Facebook in the creator’s voice and cadence, within their defined waking hours, with natural human-like timing. It ranks followers by engagement intensity and surfaces high-value interactions.
- Comment-to-DM Agent: Detects purchase signals in public comments and seamlessly moves the conversation to DM, where the sale gets closed privately and at scale.
- Deal Monitoring Agent: Identifies inbound brand deal opportunities buried in DMs and their Gmail inboxes, ensuring creators never miss a partnership because they did not open a message.
- Auto-Selling Agent:Automatically engages buyers who show high purchase intent and sends them the right offer , AI Listing Concierge: Built for real estate professionals who are increasingly using content to build their brands and generate business. The concierge engages potential buyers 24/7, answers questions about properties and neighborhoods, captures and qualifies leads, and can book private tours or open houses directly. Combined with the agent’s POP.STORE, it turns social engagement into an owned lead-generation funnel.
Beyond ECHO-ME, POP.STORE includes Priority Inbox, a smarter messaging layer where fans can message creators through free or paid subscription tiers, Video Series and Gated Content with access control down to the exact second inside a video, Subscriptions and Community, Digital Products and Courses, Tipping and Tip Goals, Affiliate and Commerce Racks, and AI Content Creation Tools including AI photoshoots and AI-generated PDFs.
At the highest level, POP.STORE gives creators three things they do not get from traditional social platforms: audience ownership, AI-powered leverage, and direct monetization.
Creator Economy Challenges
When asked about recent challenges in the sector and how POP.STORE has addressed them, Goswami explained:
The biggest challenge in the creator economy is that creators are overwhelmed. They are expected to be content producers, community managers, salespeople, customer support teams, brand negotiators, editors, merchandisers, and growth marketers, all while staying authentic and visible every day.
That is not sustainable, especially for small and mid-sized creators who do not have a full team behind them. Of the estimated 200 million professional creators worldwide, the vast majority operate alone.
The second challenge is tool fragmentation. Creators today juggle one tool for links, another for courses, another for communities, another for DMs, another for storefronts, another for AI content, and another for analytics. Complexity kills adoption.
We overcame both by building POP.STORE as a Creator Super App rather than another single-purpose tool. Then we layered ECHO-ME on top so creators are not just given more software, but actual AI-powered leverage.
ECHO-ME works across those functions as one intelligent operating layer, helping creators manage engagement, content, sales, brand opportunities and lead generation without adding another disconnected tool to their stack.
The goal is not to make creators configure more workflows. The goal is to help them engage, sell, create, and monetize with less manual effort.
How The Technology Has Evolved
When asked how POP.STORE’s technology has evolved since launching, Goswami noted:
POP.STORE started as a powerful creator commerce and link-in-bio platform, but it has evolved into an AI-native operating system for creators.
The first phase was about giving creators an owned hub where they could capture audience data and monetize through subscriptions, tips, content, community, downloads, affiliate products, and more.
The biggest evolution has been ECHO-ME. We moved from building individual creator tools to building an AI operating system that can understand the relationship between a creator, their audience, their content and their business.
Real estate has been an important proof point for that evolution. ECHO-ME can now take the same underlying intelligence around engagement and audience intent and apply it to a high-value transaction, helping an agent turn a social interaction into a qualified lead or booked showing. That is the shift from software creators operate to AI that operates on their behalf.
Key Company Milestones
When asked about some of POP.STORE’s most significant milestones, Goswami highlighted:
The first major milestone was transforming POP.STORE from a link-in-bio concept into a rich creator business platform where creators can publish content, collect followers, monetize fans, sell digital products, offer subscriptions, receive tips, and build community from one hub.
The second was launching ECHO-ME with purpose-built agents in March 2026, with 15,000 creators onboard at launch across lifestyle, fitness, real estate, and food verticals – proving it out with creators who’d already built their following. ECHO-ME is not just a chatbot. It is the AI operating layer that runs a creator’s entire business.
The third was launching the Growth Agent, built specifically for smaller creators who are struggling to grow – a true growth assistant that understands what’s working in their niche and builds a personalized 30-day growth plan, expanding ECHO-ME to help creators grow their audience, not just monetize it.
Agents using POP.STORE have reportedly more than doubled their inbound leads after centralizing their social traffic and putting AI to work on their behalf.
Another major milestone was serving as the title sponsor of VidCon Anaheim 2026, where we brought ECHO-ME directly to the creator community through our opening day keynote and live product demonstrations.
Most recently, we partnered with Estate Media and brought Glennda Baker, Tracy Tutor, Daniel Heider and Chad Carroll into ECHO-ME’s real estate ambassador network. That partnership is an important validation of the broader opportunity we see: professionals are increasingly becoming creators, but they need infrastructure that can turn the trust and audiences they build through content into businesses they own.
Internally, a major milestone has been becoming an AI-native product organization ourselves. We build much faster because our own engineering and product workflows are AI-enabled. That has changed the speed at which we bring new ideas to market.
Customer Success Stories
When asked about specific customer success stories, Goswami shared:
One of the clearest success patterns we see is when creators move from passive audience attention to owned audience monetization.
A creator who previously relied entirely on Instagram or TikTok engagement, posting, getting views, maybe receiving comments, had no direct business infrastructure behind that attention.
With POP.STORE, that same creator sends followers to an owned hub, collects first-party contact information, offers free and paid subscriptions, sells digital downloads, receives tips, and moves serious fans into a community or Priority Inbox.
The success story is not just that they make a transaction. It is that they start building an asset they own.
One of our creators has increased their fan engagement by 400% using POP.STORE social engagement agent, and all her regular followers have been categorized by ECHO-ME in a way where now it is auto-targeting and sending offers from her to these high value followers for up to 40% conversion rate.
Offers range from 1:1 meeting slots to just priority chat access to herself to course subscriptions. For expert creators ECHO-ME Agent team literally automates their business and she is a perfect example of the same.
In real estate, we have seen agents who mastered social media but had no infrastructure to catch the demand they created. Every unanswered DM at 10pm was a prospect quietly moving on.
Our auto-qualification and lead capture forms which lead to AI generated neighborhood guides, are becoming a super-simple super-effective lead gen funnel for real estate agents on both coasts.
Agents using POP.STORE have more than doubled their inbound leads after centralizing their social traffic and putting AI to work. That opportunity is also what led to our partnership with Estate Media. Its talent had already built significant audiences and trust through content, but attention alone does not automatically become a lead or client. ECHO-ME gives them the infrastructure to continue that relationship beyond the social feed and convert it into something they own.
Total Addressable Market
When asked about the total addressable market POP.STORE is pursuing, Goswami explained:
Goldman Sachs projected the creator economy reaching $480 billion by 2027. More recent estimates from multiple research firms place it between $500 billion and $800 billion by 2030, growing at 22 to 26 percent annually.
There are an estimated 200 million professional creators worldwide, and the vast majority operate alone.
But the market we are most focused on is what we call Expert Creators: professionals who have built real audiences through social content but whose primary business is selling expertise, services, or high-value products rather than content itself.
Real estate agents are our first vertical here. There are roughly 2 million active real estate licensees in the US alone. Over 80 percent already use social media for marketing, and nearly half say it is their single best source of leads.
Yet they have no infrastructure to catch the demand they create. Every unanswered DM is a deal lost to a faster-responding competitor. That is exactly the gap our AI Listing Concierge fills.
Real estate is our first Expert Creator vertical, not our last. Financial advisors, coaches, consultants, educators, and other service professionals all share the same problem: they know how to build an audience, but they lack agentic AI infrastructure to convert attention into booked appointments, qualified leads, and owned relationships.
ECHO-ME was designed to extend across these verticals without rebuilding.
Expert Creators monetize trust and expertise, not just attention. That means higher lifetime value and deeper platform stickiness.
POP.STORE brings together the audience ownership, AI-powered engagement, and direct monetization infrastructure that both traditional creators and Expert Creators need, but that Expert Creators have never had access to until now.
Competitive Differentiation
When asked what differentiates POP.STORE from its competition, Goswami said:
Most competitors solve one narrow piece of the creator stack. A link-in-bio tool gives creators a list of links. A course platform gives them education hosting. A community tool gives them a chat space. A subscription platform gives them a paywall. An AI tool may help them generate content. None of them talk to each other.
POP.STORE brings these pieces together into one creator-owned hub.
The second differentiation is audience ownership. Social platforms give creators reach but not control. POP.STORE helps creators collect first-party follower data, build direct relationships, and reduce dependence on algorithms.
The third differentiation is ECHO-ME. We are not adding AI as a side feature. We built AI as the operating layer of the creator business.
ECHO-ME works across content creation, engagement, sales, brand opportunities and lead generation, allowing AI to operate across the creator’s business rather than solving one isolated task at a time.
The fourth is that the same infrastructure can support professionals whose businesses increasingly operate like creator businesses. Real estate is a great example. Agents are building audiences and earning trust through content, and ECHO-ME gives them the infrastructure to turn that attention into owned leads and customer relationships.
And the fifth is that POP.STORE is designed around creator behavior, not enterprise SaaS conventions.
Creators do not want complicated software. They want outcomes: more fans, more engagement, more money, and more control, without spending all day operating tools.
Future Goals
When discussing POP.STORE’s future goals, Goswami concluded:
Our long-term goal is to make POP.STORE the AI-native business operating system for creators.
In the near term, that means continuing to expand ECHO-ME’s agent capabilities. Each agent will become more intelligent, more autonomous, and more interconnected. We are also exploring additional agents for new verticals and new parts of the creator business lifecycle.
Another major goal is to make audience ownership effortless. Every creator should understand who their fans are, how to reach them, what they care about, and how to build deeper relationships with them outside of social algorithms.
At the highest level, we want POP.STORE to help creators make the transition from content creators to Creator CEOs. That means giving them the infrastructure, intelligence, and automation to build real businesses around their audiences.
