Posh, a NYC-based digital ticketing and event management platform, has raised $37 million in a Series B funding round led by FirstMark, with participation from Causeway Ventures, Goodwater Capital, Companyon Ventures, and Epic Ventures.
Founded in 2019, Posh provides a social-first ticketing ecosystem that enables event organizers to build and grow communities around their experiences. The platform integrates tools such as SMS marketing, affiliate programs, and white-label checkout capabilities, helping organizers turn attendees into promoters.
The company has gained traction, particularly within nightlife and underground music communities, processing millions in ticket sales and scaling to millions of users. Its growth has been driven by a focus on community-led event discovery and engagement.
Posh plans to use the new funding to accelerate product development, expand its marketing and sales operations, and scale infrastructure to support larger festivals and global event organizers. The company is also investing in new capabilities, including AI-driven insights and more personalized consumer experiences.
Led by co-founder and CEO Avante Price and co-founder Eli Taylor, the company is positioning itself to redefine how events are discovered, organized, and experienced in an increasingly social and digital-first landscape.
KEY QUOTES
“I’m excited to announce Posh’s $37M Series B, led by FirstMark. 6 years ago, people told us a better events platform was a solved problem. 8m users and $350M in GMV later, we’re just getting started. Posh started with a simple belief: events deserve better technology. Since then, thousands of organizers have used Posh to create & grow sustainable IRL communities of every kind – from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals. Our Series B has enabled the next phase of Posh to begin, allowing us to expand our organizer feature set to support an infinite number of use cases, apply AI to empower organizers with semantic insights & agentic operations, and make the consumer experience more personalized & social than ever. This milestone was only possible because of the determined team, high-conviction backers, and engaged users whose belief in our vision has never wavered. Now, it’s time to bring the next chapter of Posh to life, 1 experience at a time…”
