Positive Development has named Greg Fuller Chief Operating Officer, adding a healthcare operations executive with 25 years of experience as the developmental therapy provider works toward expanding its autism care model nationally.
Fuller will oversee the company’s centralized operations and enterprise operating performance, with an initial focus on shortening the process between a family’s first inquiry and the beginning of care as Positive Development enters additional markets.
Positive Development has stated a long-term goal of eventually operating in all 50 states while accepting both private insurance and Medicaid. The company is seeking to build the operational infrastructure required to support that scale while maintaining clinical quality and accessibility.
Fuller previously held executive leadership roles at Bright Health and Evolent Health, among other healthcare organizations. His experience includes building operating models, aligning leadership teams, launching services and helping healthcare businesses manage increasing organizational complexity.
More recently, Fuller served in an interim executive leadership role at a growth-stage healthcare company and advised a subsidiary of one of the country’s largest insurers on customer success and retention with health plan partners. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Whitman-Walker Health System Board of Directors in Washington, D.C.
Positive Development provides Developmental Relationship-Based Interventions, including its evidence-based Positive Development Model, for autistic children and their families. The company’s model is designed to support the whole family while broadening access to developmental therapy.
