Praesidian Capital announced that it has completed a strategic follow-on equity investment in Round 2, a designer and manufacturer of collectible models, die-cast vehicles, hobby products, and authentic farm toys. The firm initially partnered with Round 2 in 2021 to support the expansion of its product portfolio and its reach across collector and hobbyist communities.

The additional investment reflects Praesidian Capital’s long-term commitment to supporting consumer brands that have strong loyalty and cultural resonance.
