King brings more than twenty years of experience in healthcare research and organizational performance, including over fifteen years in senior leadership at PRC. As the daughter of founder Dr. Inguanzo, she has been a driving force in evolving PRC’s approach to experience improvement, helping healthcare organizations move beyond measurement toward lasting progress in engagement, retention, and outcomes. Her work spans national research initiatives, workforce engagement frameworks, and executive advisory, with a focus on translating complex data into scalable practices that improve the patient, provider, and organizational healthcare experience.
