Precision Products Group acquired Monadnock Non-Wovens, expanding its Engineered Textiles division into specialty filtration, acoustic, medical, and industrial nonwoven materials.
Precision Products Group is a portfolio company of Auxo Investment Partners.
Monadnock Non-Wovens is based in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, and manufactures engineered meltblown nonwoven materials.
The company has operated for more than 25 years and was founded by the Verney family.
Its products serve filtration, automotive, healthcare, appliance, consumer, acoustic, and industrial applications.
Monadnock designs and builds its own fiber-production equipment and operates multiple meltblown and hydro-charging production lines.
Its in-house applications laboratory helps customers move new products from pilot production into full-scale manufacturing.
The acquisition adds meltblown nonwovens to Precision Products Group’s existing portfolio spanning paper, tubing, woven products, and other engineered materials.
Monadnock will continue operating under its existing brand.
James Cree will remain President of the business.
Precision Products Group plans to invest in additional equipment, capabilities, processes, engineering, and commercial resources to support growth.
