WayRoll HR will continue operating under its existing brand as WayRoll HR, powered by Premier Payroll Solutions, ensuring continuity for clients and employees while benefiting from Premier’s operational and compliance capabilities.
The combined organization plans to offer an expanded suite of services, including payroll processing, time and labor management, benefits administration, HR compliance support, and integrated workforce technology solutions. The company also indicated continued investment in product development and advisory services focused on helping employers manage labor costs, compliance, and workforce strategy.
The addition of WayRoll HR is part of Premier Payroll Solutions’ broader growth strategy to expand its footprint and deepen capabilities across HR, payroll, and workforce solutions in multiple industries.
