Premier Radiology Services has acquired National Radiology Solutions (NRAD), adding another teleradiology provider to its outpatient-focused platform as it looks to broaden subspecialty coverage, expand its national footprint, and increase capacity for faster, more expert reads across its provider network.
The company said the combination will bring together Premier’s radiologist network, administrative infrastructure, technology, and clinical operations with NRAD’s team of specialists across major radiology subspecialties, with an emphasis on integrating best practices from both organizations to improve efficiency, precision, and reliability for customers and patients.
As part of the transaction, NRAD founder Robb Kolb and his team will join Premier, a move Premier said is intended to ensure continuity for NRAD’s customers and physicians while adding operational, commercial, and clinical talent to the broader organization.
Premier, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, said it interprets more than three million medical images annually through a network of more than 165 board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists and provides 24/7 coverage across modalities and subspecialties, including musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, cardiology, and women’s imaging. The company also pointed to prior additions NationalRad in 2024 and MetisMD in 2025 as part of its effort to expand subspecialty services for outpatient imaging centers, orthopedic practices, university health systems, and athlete care settings.
