Prenetics’ IM8 wellness brand generated a record $20.9 million of revenue in July 2026, equivalent to an approximately $251 million annualized revenue run rate just 20 months after the brand’s launch.
The July result followed another record quarter. IM8 produced $45 million of Q2 revenue, up approximately 359% year over year, while total Prenetics revenue reached $46.5 million, up approximately 288%. Q2 marked IM8’s sixth consecutive record quarter.
The scale of the July result indicates that IM8’s growth rate remained elevated after quarter-end. The $20.9 million monthly figure implies more than $250 million of revenue if sustained over a full year, compared with $45 million generated during the entire second quarter.
Prenetics raised its full-year revenue guidance to $220 million to $230 million and, for the first time, introduced 2027 IM8 revenue guidance of at least $400 million. Management said the 2027 forecast includes no contribution from upcoming product launches, meaning the target is based on the existing business and expected growth trajectory.
The growth is also beginning to translate into cash generation. July was Prenetics’ first month of positive consolidated adjusted free cash flow, and the company expects adjusted FCF to remain positive during Q3 and beyond.
IM8 has expanded internationally while scaling its direct-to-consumer platform. The brand is shipping to 46 countries and delivering more than 200,000 servings per day, with Daily Ultimate Essentials serving as its flagship daily nutrition product.
Prenetics has simultaneously narrowed its corporate focus. Its continuing operations now consist primarily of IM8 and CircleDNA after completing divestitures or exits involving ACT Genomics, Europa and its remaining Insighta interest. That repositioning increasingly makes IM8 the dominant driver of the company’s operating and financial performance.
KEY QUOTE:
“Twenty months ago, IM8 did not exist. This quarter it carried Prenetics to a sixth consecutive record, July became the biggest month in our history, and consolidated Adjusted Free Cash Flow turned positive for the first time and we expect it to remain positive from here. This is the single most important milestone we have been tracking since before the brand launched, arriving faster than I believed possible. Today we are raising full-year total revenue guidance to $220 to $230 million — and initiating 2027 IM8 revenue guidance of $400 million or more, with nothing from our upcoming product launches assumed.”
Danny Yeung, Chief Executive Officer of Prenetics and Co-Founder of IM8
