Presto announced it has added $10 million in new funding to accelerate its AI roadmap and expand deployments of its enterprise voice assistant for quick-service restaurant drive-thrus. The company positioned the raise as growth capital to scale production implementations and deepen its lead in voice AI for large QSR brands.
Presto said its platform is built to handle complex, real-world restaurant ordering—such as modifiers, customizations, regional menu variations, and frequent promotions—while improving order accuracy and throughput. The company said it has moved beyond pilots into broader rollout, with voice AI operating across hundreds of drive-thru lanes.
Presto also framed the funding as support for continued product development and nationwide expansion with major U.S. restaurant chains, emphasizing outcomes such as better guest experience consistency, improved labor productivity, and lower operational friction at the drive-thru.
