Presto Raises $10 Million To Expand Voice AI For Restaurant Drive-Thrus

Presto has raised $10 million in funding to expand deployment of its enterprise Voice AI platform for quick-service restaurant drive-thrus. The financing came from investors affiliated with Remus Capital and other existing investors.

Presto plans to use the capital to expand customer deployments, develop its technology and increase the impact of its Voice AI platform across restaurant operations.

The company said the financing follows growing deployments with existing customers, launches with additional restaurant customers and continued expansion of its product capabilities.

Presto has also partnered with Toast and AI technology companies, including ElevenLabs and Bluejay.

Those partnerships support the proprietary AI platform behind Presto Voice.

The company is positioning voice automation as part of a broader shift toward digitalization and standardization within quick-service restaurant operations.

Presto’s platform automates drive-thru order taking while helping restaurants increase revenue, reduce labor costs, improve employee productivity, and standardize customer interactions.

KEY QUOTES:

“Over the past several months, we’ve continued to prove that Voice AI can deliver meaningful results at scale across some of the most demanding drive-thru environments and menus. We are investing heavily in product and operations as we help more of the industry adapt to the inevitable agentic future. Every QSR brand is realizing they must increase digitalization and standardization across their business, and Presto is the natural partner to help them do that for their largest channel, it all starts with Voice. I’m thankful to our investors for having backed us throughout.”

Krishna Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO of Presto

“We are pleased to see Presto’s progress and are fully supportive of the company and its leadership. AI is digitalizing the world, and we are now seeing clear tailwinds for QSR adoption to accelerate: the labor environment, the need to standardize best practices, and the realization that without the data there is no way to keep up with agentic leaders.”
