Prime Capital Financial has acquired Bradshaw Rogers Financial Partners, adding a planning-led wealth management firm with integrated tax capabilities and roughly $600 million in assets under management to its national platform.
The deal brings a seven-person team in Salisbury, North Carolina, into Prime Capital Financial, with founders Trent Bradshaw, CFP, AIF, and Brandon Rogers, CFP, AIF, joining the firm as partners. Founded in 2006, Bradshaw Rogers advises clients on financial planning, retirement planning, investment and risk management, and tax coordination, with a stated emphasis on integrating tax strategy into ongoing planning.
Prime Capital Financial said the acquisition supports its broader push to expand planning and tax services, coming shortly after the firm’s launch of a Tax Advisory practice. The firm also pointed to the transaction as a meaningful expansion across the Carolinas, where it already maintains offices in Asheville, Charleston, Charlotte and Raleigh, now adding Salisbury to that footprint.
Bradshaw Rogers will continue serving clients while leveraging Prime Capital Financial’s infrastructure and national resources, according to the announcement. Alaris Acquisitions advised Bradshaw Rogers on the transaction.
Prime Capital Financial, formerly known as Prime Capital Investment Advisors, operates across 70 locations nationwide and provides a range of services spanning wealth management, retirement plan advisory, participant education, and related planning offerings.
