Prime Capital Financial Buys Bradshaw Rogers To Expand Planning And Tax Platform In The Carolinas

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jan 22, 2026

Prime Capital Financial has acquired Bradshaw Rogers Financial Partners, a Salisbury, North Carolina-based wealth management firm overseeing about $600 million in assets under management, as the Overland Park, Kansas-headquartered firm continues to scale its planning-first and tax-integrated offering nationwide.

As part of the transaction, Bradshaw Rogers’ seven-person team will join Prime Capital Financial, including founders Trent Bradshaw and Brandon Rogers, who will become partners. Founded in 2006, Bradshaw Rogers has built its business around comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, investment and risk management, and tax coordination—capabilities that align with Prime Capital Financial’s push to expand its tax and planning services.

The deal comes shortly after Prime Capital Financial launched its Tax Advisory practice, positioning the firm to deliver more coordinated tax strategy alongside long-term wealth planning. Prime Capital Financial said the combination also strengthens its presence in the Carolinas, where it already operates offices in Asheville, Charleston, Charlotte, and Raleigh, and adds Salisbury to that regional footprint.

Bradshaw Rogers will continue serving clients locally while tapping Prime Capital Financial’s broader infrastructure and national platform. Alaris Acquisitions served as advisor to Bradshaw Rogers on the transaction.
