Prime Capital Financial announced the launch of “Prime Capital Tax Advisory” through a strategic partnership with Hartman Wanzor McNamara (HWM), a Texas-based tax advisory firm. This move is part of a multi-year plan by Prime Capital to build a fully integrated wealth-management platform that supports clients through every stage of their financial lives.
The partnership brings HWM’s more than 30 professionals—specializing in tax planning, compliance, accounting, and business advisory under the Prime Capital umbrella. Founders Nick Wanzor and Frank Hartman will join Prime Capital Tax Advisory as partners, and Josh McNamara will join as managing partner.
Since 2020, Prime Capital has pursued a strategy of aligning with service partners that strengthen and complement its core wealth-management offerings. Earlier this year, the firm launched “Prime Capital Family Office,” adding family-office services to its platform. The addition of tax-advisory capabilities brings services such as financial planning, investment management, insurance, trust & estate planning, retirement plan advisory, lending solutions, and family-office services together in a single integrated platform.
