Latticework Capital Management: LCM Healthcare Fund II Closed At Over $345 Million

Latticework Capital Management (LCM), a growth-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on making control equity investments in the healthcare industry, announced the final closing of LCM Healthcare Fund II. With total commitments of $345 million, Fund II exceeded the $275 million target. And it added a diverse group of global investors, including leading endowments, family offices, and funds of funds.

Apiary Capital: Second Fund Closed Above Target At £240 Million

Apiary Capital Managing Partner Mark Salter announced the firm has closed a second fund, Apiary Capital Partners II, at £240 million, which was substantially above the target. The fund had received significant support from existing LPs and welcomed several new institutional investors. The Fund II LP base includes endowments, foundations, public and private pensions, consultants, funds of funds, and family offices, with around 60% of investors from the US and the balance from the UK and Europe.

Synopsys To Sell Software Integrity Business To Clearlake And Francisco Partners In $2.1 Billion Deal

Synopsys announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Francisco Partners to sell its Software Integrity Group business in a transaction valued at up to $2.1 billion. Up to $475 million in cash will be payable upon Francisco Partners and Clearlake hitting a specified rate of return in connection with one or more liquidity transactions. Upon the deal’s completion, the business will emerge as a newly independent application security testing software provider.

Golub Capital: $2 Billion Sixth Credit Opportunities Fund Closed

Golub Capital announced the final closing of its sixth credit opportunities fund, GEMS Fund 6, L.P. (Fund 6), with $2 billion of investable capital. Fund 6 is Golub Capital’s largest Credit Opportunities fund to date. The commitments were over the target fundraise and came from a diverse range of global institutional and private wealth investors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

AiDash: $58.5 Million Raised To Make Infrastructure Industries Climate-Resilient

AiDash, an enterprise SaaS company making critical infrastructure industries climate resilient and sustainable with satellites and AI, announced the official closing of its Series C funding round at $58.5 million. The company’s Series C funding round (initially at $50 million) was oversubscribed and drew in additional investors, including leading private equity firm Lightsmith Group, and Japanese conglomerate Marubeni Corporation. This brings the company’s total funding raised to date to $91.5 million.
